• 12' x 12' matted stall with wood shavings

• 12' walk way in between stalls

• Individual in/out paddocks attached to stalls

• Approximately three acres of pasture

• Wash station

• Cross ties

• Heated tack/feed room

Services:

• Daily cleaning (stalls, paddocks, water buckets)

• Daily turn out (with max 5 other horses)

• Feed 3 X per day (hay – 15lbs, 5lbs - basic grain daily)

• Light daily medicating and feeding of supplements
  (medications and supplements provided by owner)

• Fly masks on/off

• Certified equine first aid attendant on site 24/7
